OnePay - Changing The Way You Get Paid

You can activate your OnePay Card in 3 ways - via SMS (text),online or over the telephone.

1. SMS (Text)

Simply send a text to 07786 620 2542 in the following format:

ACT <your card number>

Example: ACT 1234567890123456
(Note: No spaces between the numbers)  

2. Online:

Follow the link on the home page "login and manage your card" (you can click here to login), enter your card number, security code (this will be displayed on the page) and PIN then click the Login button. Your card will be automatically activated.

3. By Telephone:

You can call our Call Center on 0845 652 1971 and talk to one of our operators. Make sure you have your card number handy.
